This page explains the limited information used by the public website. Engagement-specific data terms are established separately in writing.
The current inquiry form prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. Information entered into that form is not stored by this website. If you send the email, InTYllectual Enterprises receives and uses the information to respond to your inquiry.
The hosting platform may provide aggregate traffic information, such as page views and unique visits. We use that information to understand whether the site is useful and to improve its content.
Do not submit student records, protected health information, payment-card information, credentials, procurement-confidential records, or other sensitive data through the public website or ordinary email. Appropriate access and data-use terms must be established before engagement information is exchanged.
Client engagements use written terms defining purpose, access, permitted use, disclosure, retention, security, and disposition appropriate to the client, jurisdiction, funding source, and work.
